Kiowea Beach

Kiowea Beach
Recently this area has been replanted and refurbished

This is a nice beach for relaxing and enjoying the scenery though it isn’t the best swimming beach due to the expanses of mud-flats around this portion of Molokai. The nearshore waters are sandy and rocky, and also very shallow. To the west of the beach is Kapuiwa Royal Coconut Grove that covers about ten acres and was originally planted by King Kamehameha V in 1860. Recently this area has been replanted and refurbished.
