Molokai Attractions

The newly designated Saint Damien of Molokai ministered to the Hansen’s disease (leprosy) patients living on the Kalaupapa Peninsula. Today you can take a mule ride down the mountain trail to this remote and scenic peninsula which is a National Historic Park. Other Molokai attractions include historic churches, the Molokai Coffee Plantation, and Smith and Bronte Landing where the first civilian flight from the mainland to Hawaii landed. You can also see native plants at the Kamakou Preserve and visit a unique native ecosystem on the windswept stretch of seacoast known as the Dunes of Moomomi. Read below for details on Molokai attractions for a great Molokai vacation.
